RN Director of Clinical Services

The Director of Clinical Services is is a key role within the agency to support both patient care but also essential business operations. This position will have the following responsibilities:
• Experience with the management of Medicare and Medicaid patients
• Excellent management and leadership abilities
• Ability to create a positive work environment
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Adept at setting priorities and multitasking
• Understanding of the role of the field clinicians and teaching best practice case management, such as documenting in the home and setting visit frequencies
• Understanding of state and federal regulations related to home care
• Experience with application, tracking and management of Medicaid Prior Authorization

A candidate possesses the following requirements:
1. Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
2. Complies with accepted professional standards and principles related to the provision of healthcare
3. Knowledge of home care federal, state, and local regulations
