Will I be charged for the consultation?
No. The first conversation is always free — we’ll listen, answer questions, and help you understand your options. You only pay if you decide to start services.
How fast can care start?
For most home care services we can start within a few days. Skilled care (Medicare) depends on physician orders and eligibility, which we’ll help coordinate.
Do you accept Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance?
Yes — we work with Medicare, Indiana Medicaid (including waiver programs and Attendant Care), long-term care insurance, Workman’s Comp, and private pay. We’ll help you figure out what your coverage will pay for.
Which Indiana counties do you serve?
16 Indiana. We’re headquartered in Indianapolis with caregivers and nurses throughout Indiana.
Can a family member be paid as the caregiver?
Often, yes — through Indiana’s Paid Family Caregiver Program. If you’re already caring for a loved one full-time, you may be eligible for a tax-free daily stipend. Learn more →
