Lead our clinical team and shape exceptional care for clients across central Indiana. Requires active Indiana RN license and home health experience.

Do I need previous experience?
For caregiver roles, no formal experience is required — we provide paid training. Clinical roles (RN, LPN) do require an active Indiana license and relevant home health experience.
What hours are available?
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. We work with your scheduling preferences to build a routine that fits your life.
How fast can I start?
Most caregivers complete onboarding and start within one to two weeks after applying.
Can I get paid to care for my own family member?
Yes — through our Paid Family Caregiver Program, eligible family or friend caregivers can receive a weekly paycheck via Indiana Medicaid Attendant Care.
